Our Story
Pioneer Cleaning, LLC was founded in 2015 by Matthew and Jessica Bilbo with a simple goal: deliver a higher level of professionalism, quality, and reliability than organizations typically experience from cleaning contractors.
Today, Pioneer Cleaning has grown to a team of more than 25 trained professionals serving facilities in Iowa and Nebraska while maintaining the commitment to integrity, consistency, and reliability that defined the company from the beginning.
Leadership

Matthew Bilbo
Matthew brings more than 15 years of executive leadership experience in manufacturing and operations management. Before founding Pioneer Cleaning, he served as Chief Operating Officer of a natural products company overseeing five manufacturing plants and more than 130 employees.
Jessica Bilbo
Jessica brings hands-on professional cleaning experience and helps ensure Pioneer Cleaning maintains the service quality, employee support, and customer focus that define the company.
